Yes. A booking is for the whole house you choose, the main villa or the guest house, for the length of the stay.
Yes. Both the main villa and the guest house have a 2-night minimum for overnight stays. For more information, call or text us on +1 (240) 205-9367 or email gracevillaaldie@gmail.com.
The Main Villa: check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. The Guest House: check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. A day event includes 8 hours of access — text us your timing to confirm.
The house, daily housekeeping, linen, the house manager and provisioning to your brief. The price you see on the Book page is the price you pay — no resort fee, no per-guest charge — plus a refundable $1,000 security deposit.
A 25% deposit secures the booking. Straight after you reserve, the checkout page lets you pay that deposit or the whole amount, by card (Stripe) or with PayPal. The balance, with the refundable $1,000 security deposit, falls due thirty days before your date. Card details go to Stripe or PayPal, never to this website.
Yes. The $1,000 security deposit is refundable and is returned after your booking, provided the property is left as you found it. If you cancel, it is refunded only when you cancel within 24 hours of booking.
Pets are welcome only when approved in advance. Tell us about yours in the booking notes and we will confirm.
Cancel within 24 hours of booking and your $1,000 security deposit is refunded. After 24 hours there is no refund.
A day event starts from $2,000, for up to 100 guests, and includes 8 hours of access — text us your timing on +1 (240) 205-9367 to confirm. Overnight stays are an add-on, starting from $849.99 a night for the Main Villa and $749.99 a night for the Guest House. Book your date on the Book page, or use the Enquire button with any questions.
Yes. There is a bar area, but no alcohol is provided, so bring your own drinks. Use your own vendors, or reach out to us for our preferred vendors. Vendor insurance is required for all vendors.
Music off and quiet hours from 10:30 PM. No smoking inside. The guest who books must be 21 or over and show government-issued ID, and we need an accurate guest count before arrival. Please leave furniture and décor where they are, park where we show you on the drive and keep clear of the neighbours' driveways. Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items.
No. There is no lifeguard, so swimming is at your own risk. No glass by the pool and no diving, and children must be supervised at all times. Exterior security cameras cover the property.
Dinners and family gatherings, always. Anything with a guest list or amplified music needs a conversation first, because we have neighbours we intend to keep. Use the Enquire button and tell us about it.
